As soon as you enroll into the Elite Health Challenge, you will receive a Welcome Email that provides the details of your program. We provide exceptional personal support and mentoring for every Elite Health Challenge participant. We are excited for you to get started!
GUIDE BOOK & FOOD PLAN
Included on your Welcome Email, you will find the Elite
Health Challenge Guide Book, a Food Plan with simple,
step-by-step guidance, food suggestions, recipes, and
preparation videos—all powered by an engaging supportive social community
and blog. You will be invited to follow our Pinterest Board that also offers many
food options for your success.
FITNESS PLAN
You will also be provided with a Fitness Plan - only 30 minutes of moderate
exercise a day is required - which can be walking 5,000 steps or if you want a
more complete fitness plan, we will help you strengthen your core, increase your
stamina, and improve your overall wellbeing.
WEEKLY “CHECK-IN’S”
Additionally, you will be invited to participate on our inspiring online “Check-In”
meetings where you will find answers to any questions you have, learn about
helpful tips from other participants, and hear about the many successes others
are having with the program.
We will be by your side every step of the way and show you the steps that will take you to your goals.
